The Metricup East Wine District includes the area in the Maragarrt River Wine Region between
Yelverton, Johnson and Metricup Roads, West of the Bussell Highway. Ideally located in the
heart of the Margaret River Region that stretches from Cape Leeuwin to Cape Naturaliste in
the south-west corner of Western Australia. Metricup is an ideal place to stay and use as a
base for exploring this area. It is ideally positioned close to the many popular destinations
and attractions in the area which offers so much to see and do for visitors to the area.
Local attractions and activities include the local wineries and wineries in the other
Margaret River Districts, arts and craft, surfing, swimming, beaches or just enjoying the
fabulous beauty of the region.
