Blind Corner, WA  1105 Vasse-Yallingup Siding Rd, Quindalup WA 6281
It’s taken a long time to get things right - nurturing new vines & testing techniques. As we’ve grown, we’ve bought another vineyard within the region, now with our own bottling line, allowing us control more of the process. Although this crazy machine controls us all sometimes The extra space has meant we’ve been able to add a Biodynamic vegie garden onto the property to help feed us and others, Bee-hives to keep us in honey, and free-range chooks to scratch out the bugs in the vineyard. We don’t always get things spot on (who does?)

Cape Naturaliste Vineyard, WA  1 Coley Road, Yallingup, WA 6282
To the south of Cape Naturaliste, in a picturesque valley behind Smith's Beach, nestles Cape Naturaliste Vineyard. The valley's rich variety of soil types are ideal for the growing of premium wine grapes. Our maritime location, with grapes cooled on the vines by clean air from the Roaring 40's, gives our wine character and depth. The property now known as Cape Naturaliste Vineyard started life as the coach inn for travelers journeying between Perth and Margaret River on horse and buggy – a journey taking about 3 days - a history going back 150 years. Some later years the property then became a dairy known as Thorn Hill. During this time Whale ships came into the sheltered waters of Smiths Beach to purchase vegetables grown in the valleys rich alluvial soil. In 1970 the surrounding land was discovered to be rich in mineral sands. A mining company purchased the land with the intention to mine the valley. Fortunately the government stepped in and declared it "A" zone national park.

Peccavi Estate Wines, WA  1121 Wildwood Road,Yallingup Siding, WA 6282
Owning my own vineyard and creating fabulous wines have been dreams of mine since I was first introduced to White Burgundy and full bodied Clarets by my father over long Sunday roasts. I spent many years searching New and Old World wine regions - even scouring the sites of ancient Roman vineyards in England - and never found the right spot until one holiday in Margaret River. Impressive on paper, the estate was even more attractive on sight. The location was superb, the terroir hard to surpass, and the fruit, already harvested for over a decade, was in demand from many highly acclaimed local wine producers. The estate was perfect. In retrospect finding the vineyard was the easy part, the second part of my dream has been far more demanding. The last three years have been spent working alongside the best people in the business with our Estate’s premium fruit to ensure the creation of truly remarkable wines; the very best expression of this classic wine region, which we are delighted to introduce under our very own label…Peccavi Wines
