Uncle Bob's Estate, QLD  515 Mount Stanley Rd, East Nanango QLD 4615
Simplistic wine making. We are part of the natural wine-making movement. This essentially means minimal or no filtering. Wild fermentation is implemented with the red wines. This means a 6 day ferment where 5 or 6 different wild yeasts are involved. The difference is remarkable. No fining added. (Vegan friendly). No oak either. In most cases we do not use preservatives. This of course means young wine to be enjoyed within twelve to eighteen months. Our Verdelho is made in the cold room and must be kept refrigerated.
